🇩🇪 Germany — Commando selection (PFV phase 1)
Preparation for German Army Special Forces Command selection. The public phase-1 standard is exceptionally demanding across running, obstacle work, strength, swimming and loaded marching.
This track is for candidates preparing for Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK) (Germany) who want a structured, progressive plan instead of guesswork. Whether you are starting from a low base or already train regularly, the plan begins from a baseline test so the starting volume and intensity match your current level.
PFV phase 1 (officially confirmed): 5×1000m with 3-min intervals in 4:30/4:20/4:10/4:00/3:50; psychomotor obstacle course with casualty carry; 7 pull-ups; 20 leg-raises in 30s; 22 hand-release push-ups in 30s; 2 min sparring; 200m swim in clothing in 7:30; 20km march with 20kg under 3.5 hours.
Use this as preparation guidance and always verify current official requirements with the relevant official recruitment or defence website — selection standards can change and differ per intake.
Your Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK) plan is built around the demands that matter most for this route: repeat running, loaded march, upper-body endurance, swim, obstacle work. Each is progressed gradually and adjusted to your baseline result and readiness, so the work scales with you rather than overloading you early.
Preparation starts with a short baseline test in PrepForge DefenceReady. Your results set the starting point for every session and let the app track real progress over time rather than generic targets.
