Amphibious entry route — Targeted preparation for the Netherlands Marine Corps with publicly verifiable entry standards and a higher internal training buffer.
Commando preparation — The app distinguishes publicly verified entry requirements and a heavier preparatory training bias for the Netherlands Commando Corps.
Maritime Special Operations Forces — Maritime special-operations preparation with emphasis on all-round capacity, water work, running output and robustness.
Army Fitness Test preparation — Preparation for the US Army Fitness Test (AFT). Five events: 3-Rep Max Deadlift, Hand-Release Push-Ups, Sprint-Drag-Carry, Plank, and Two-Mile Run.
PFT & CFT preparation — Preparation for the USMC Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Combat Fitness Test (CFT). PFT: pull-ups or push-ups, plank, 3-mile run. CFT: 880yd run, ammo can lift, maneuver under fire.

PST & BUD/S preparation — Preparation for the Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test (PST) and BUD/S training. PST: 500yd swim, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, 1.5-mile run.
SFAS preparation — Preparation for the US Army Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS). Requires outstanding AFT scores, exceptional rucking endurance, swim capability, and cognitive resilience under extreme fatigue.
A&S preparation — Preparation for Marine Special Operations Command Assessment & Selection (A&S). Requires PFT score 235+, combat swimming, rucking 4-12 miles, and mental/peer evaluation.
RFT(E) preparation — Preparation for the British Army Role Fitness Test (Entry). Three events: Mid-Thigh Pull, Seated Medicine Ball Throw (4kg), and 2km Run.
PRMC preparation — Preparation for the Potential Royal Marines Course (PRMC) and Commando training. Requires high aerobic capacity, upper-body endurance, and mental resilience.
P Company preparation — Preparation for Parachute Regiment selection (P Company). Highest aerobic standard in the British Army plus P Company-specific events.
UKSF Selection preparation — Preparation for UK Joint Special Forces Selection (SAS/SBS/SRR). The hardest military selection in the world with a 90%+ failure rate. Extreme loaded endurance over the Brecon Beacons.
BFA preparation — Preparation for the Australian Defence Force Basic Fitness Assessment (BFA). Events include push-ups, sit-ups, and a beep test or 2.4km run.
Selection preparation — Preparation for Australian Special Forces selection. Requires exceptional fitness across running, swimming, rucking, and upper-body endurance.
SAS Regiment selection — Preparation for the Australian Special Air Service Regiment selection. Modelled on UK SAS selection with extreme loaded endurance, navigation, and water confidence.
FORCE test preparation — Preparation for the Canadian FORCE Fitness Profile (FFP) and FORCE Combat evaluation. Events: 20m rushes, intermittent loaded shuttle, sandbag lift, sandbag drag.
Special Forces selection — Preparation for Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) selection. Requires top-tier FORCE scores plus endurance and water assessments.
Basis-Fitness-Test (BFT) — Preparation for the German Armed Forces entry fitness test (Basis-Fitness-Test). Three events: an 11×10m shuttle sprint, a flexed-arm hang (Klimmhang) and a 1000m run (or 3000m bike ergometer).
Commando selection (PFV phase 1) — Preparation for German Army Special Forces Command selection. The public phase-1 standard is exceptionally demanding across running, obstacle work, strength, swimming and loaded marching.
Navy combat swimmer selection — Preparation for the German Navy combat swimmer pipeline — a maritime special-operations route with heavy emphasis on swimming, breath-hold work, running and upper-body strength.
Polish Armed Forces fitness test — Preparation for the Polish Armed Forces professional-soldier fitness assessment. Events cover endurance, upper-body strength, core and agility.
Polish Special Forces selection — Preparation for Polish Special Forces (Wojska Specjalne / JW GROM) selection. A multi-phase process demanding high physical and intellectual fitness, plus stress and fatigue resilience.
Fiziki Yeterlilik Testi — Preparation for the Turkish Land Forces candidate selection fitness test (Fiziki Yeterlilik Testi). Events cover core endurance, push endurance and short running.
Turkish Special Forces — Preparation for Turkish Special Forces (Özel Kuvvetler) selection. No per-event public numeric standard is published, so the plan trains a broad, hard special-operations base.
Tropa y MarinerÃa 2026 — Preparation for the Spanish Armed Forces general entry (Tropa y MarinerÃa). Events: push-ups, plank, an agility/speed circuit and a 2000m run.
Spanish paratrooper brigade — Preparation for the Spanish Parachute Brigade. Entry uses the general Armed Forces selection; during training candidates must pass the basic parachute course.
Spanish Special Operations Command — Preparation for the Spanish Special Operations Command (Mando de Operaciones Especiales). Official sources cite strength, endurance, speed, mountain-course and swimming tests, without published numeric marks.
VFI regular entry 2026 — Preparation for the Italian Army initial-enlistment entry (VFI). Events: 2000m run, knees-to-chest, push-ups and pull-ups.
Special Forces VFI route — Preparation for the Italian Army Special Forces VFI route. Standards are higher and mandatory, adding parallel-bar dips, sit-ups and three water (aquaticità ) tests.
Army special-operations assault — Preparation for the Italian Army 9th Assault Regiment "Col Moschin" (Incursori). One of the most demanding selection standards in Italy, combining running, strength, marching, rope climb and water work.
Croatian Armed Forces fitness check — Preparation for the Croatian Armed Forces (OSRH) physical check. Events cover push endurance, core and distance running.
Croatian Special Forces — Preparation for Croatian Special Forces selection. No per-event public numeric standard is published, so the plan trains a broad, hard special-operations base.
PhEF base fitness — Preparation for the Belgian Defence base physical condition (PhEF). Pillars: aerobic/cardiopulmonary endurance and core stability.
Defence youth camp standard — Preparation for the Belgian Defence youth-camp sports test (Para Junior / Commando Junior / Aircommando Junior). This is a youth-stage standard, not professional military selection, but its numbers are officially published.
Belgian Special Operations — Preparation for the Belgian Paracommando / Special Operations route. The official brochure confirms the training pipeline and physical build-up but publishes no per-event selection standard. As a public reference, the official Defence youth-camp standard gives an indicative baseline (4 pull-ups / 35s hang, 34 sit-ups in 2 min, 2400m in 11:45 men / 13:52 women, plus a 50m swim certificate for the Commando route).
