What Esercito — Forze Speciali preparation involves

Officially confirmed (2026, men): 2000m run max. 10:00; knees-to-chest min. 15 in 1 min; push-ups min. 20 in 2 min; pull-ups min. 4 in 2 min; parallel-bar dips min. 7 in 1 min; sit-ups min. 20 in 1 min; aquatic: float 3 min, swim 50m, recover object from bottom. (Women: 13:00 run; 14 knees; 14 push-ups; 2 pull-ups; 4 dips; 14 sit-ups; float 2 min, swim 25m.)
